Brielle Fields is a daughter, wife and stepmom. She was born and raised in Washington State, and gifted by her heavenly Father with hands to create. She was nurtured by her family to be an artist and eventually she realized that she also loved to decorate and customize. So, why did she choose to offer balloons, cookies and face painting? Brielle believes balloons are such an integral part of party decor, cookies are delicious and beautiful, and face painting is a memorable, finishing touch to gatherings for children.
