By purchasing By Design Bakes orders, you agree to have read and accept what our cookies recipe ingredients list entails: flour, water, sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar, meringue powder, vanilla extract and food coloring. You also understand and accept that these cookies were made in a home and not a commercial kitchen/facility. You will not hold By Design Bakes accountable for any allergic reaction that occurs by you or your party attendees. You agree that all sales are due upfront and are final, and except in situations that By Design Bakes decides otherwise, there are no refunds for any orders made.
By Design Events Face Painting Agreement
By purchasing By Design Events face painting, you agree to not hold By Design Events, LLC responsible for any conditions or harm that arise after said services are performed. These conditions refer to those that you and your event attendees may experience. You agree that all sales are due upfront and are final, and except in situations that By Design Events decides otherwise, there are no refunds for any orders made.
By Design Events Balloon Services Agreement
